Pilonidal sinus surgery

Mr McArthur has extensive experience performing surgery for pilonidal sinus disease. Operations can be relatively straightforward, whereby the affected area in the skin of the lower back is excised and the wound is closed, or require a more complex operation, potentially requiring a plastic surgical flap type procedure.
